New Year’s Eve Dinner & Dance

DoubleTree by Hilton, Fresno, CA

 

                     

                    Time:  Doors Open: 5:30 PM   Dinner Starts:  6:30 PM

 

                Dinner:  Buffet with entrée options that include Santa Maria Tri-Tip and 

                                Stuffed Chicken Florentine, along with various side dishes and dessert. 

 

 Entertainment:  Tom Rigney & Flambeau 8:30 PM – 12:30 AM  (3 sets, 1 hour each).

                                 Recorded music will play between sets and after the last set.

                                 There will be party favors, photo backgrounds and props.  

                                 A bar will be open for the purchase of drinks.

                                 We will welcome 2023 with a sparkling wine/non-alcoholic cider toast. 

 

       Two Events:   For $100 (+ 3% SVC CHG if purchased online) you can attend both the 

                                 New Year’s Eve Dinner Party and the Yosemite Jazz Band Dance at the

                                 Fresno Elks Lodge on January 1st.  You can avoid the 3% PayPal charge by

                                 mailing a check to:  FDS-NYE, 2165 Fowler Ave, Clovis, CA 93611.

 

        Donations:   We are also accepting donations to help cover our New Year’s Event                                               expenses.  Our goal is to host this event without using any of our                                                   festival funds.  A link is available at www.fresnodixie.com so that you                                           can submit your donation.  Any amount above and beyond your ticket                                         purchase is gratefully accepted. 

 

Please Note, All Sales Are Final and Non-Refundable:  Unfortunately, we incur expenses whether you utilize your purchased tickets or not. Given our non-profit status, we hope you understand the need for this policy. 

 

Hotel: Rooms at the Doubletree will be available for December 31st and January 1st at the event rate of $149/night.  You will soon be able to make room reservations online at

 www.fresnodixie.com.  You can also call the DoubleTree at (559) 268-1000 and ask for the Fresno Dixieland New Year’s Eve group rate.  

 

You must make your room reservations by December 17th to obtain the discounted rate.
